What Do I Need?

After watching lots of videos about the best productivity apps I find out that everything heads to three simple uses:

  • Calendar

  • Note-taking app

  • To-do List

That’s all you need. In reality, our key requirement is simply to streamline and take action.

So don’t get bogged down in the details of finding the perfect app or system. Instead, focus on taking action toward your goals and using the tools that work best for you.

Remember, productivity is not about doing more things — it’s about doing the right things. And sometimes, the right thing is as simple as just getting started.

Now I am gonna show you the apps that have worked the best for me.

Calendar — Google Calendar Google Calendar LogoNot having a calendar it’s like being blind, calendars help you truly with what you are gonna do in your day, week, or month. All things I wanna work I put them in my calendar so that way I get confidence and don’t miss the work to do. I use time blocking when using my calendar so I know the hours of the day that I would be studying, working, or playing. Don’t just put work activities, also remember the miscellaneous ones like playing a game, having fun with friends, etc. Calendars help you organize your life and turning it into a habit will improve your productivity in life.

Note-taking— Notion Notion LogoA note-taking app can help you organize your life and improve your productivity. I choose Notion because it’s free, and save all your information on multiple platforms. You can easily create and organize your notes, tasks, and projects in a way that makes sense to you. It is highly customizable and can be used for a variety of purposes. All things that I want to work on, I put them in Notion. I use it for many purposes such as to-do lists, project management, note-taking, and more. I can even share my notes and collaborate with others in real time. Overall, Notion is an excellent app that will help you skyrocket your productivity.

To-do app — ToDo Microsoft ToDo Microsoft LogoBy using a to-do list app, I have been able to break down larger tasks into smaller ones, focusing on what I am gonna do, Microsoft ToDo works the best for me by ensuring that I don’t forget important tasks or deadlines. It makes it easier when dealing with stress and empowers us to simplify our lives, focus on what matters, and ultimately achieve our goals with greater efficiency.
