The tiniest change can affect our overall well-being. These changes in our routines, become more manageable and less demanding. Inspired by this idea, I embarked on a journey to improve my daily life through small yet meaningful gestures:


  1. Silencing Notifications: By making my email account invisible on my mobile device, especially during weekends and vacations, I've successfully disconnected from work-related distractions. This simple action has allowed me to unwind.

  2. Smiling More: Embracing the habit of smiling, even during stressful moments, has proven to be a mood-booster. Not only does smiling trigger the release of dopamine and serotonin, but it also sends positive signals to the brain, promoting a sense of well-being.

  3. Adding an Egg to Breakfast: Incorporating eggs into my morning routine has provided sustained energy and improved mood throughout the day. Eggs are rich in protein and nutrients and contribute to overall physical and mental health.

  4. Limiting Social Media, Prioritizing Books: By reducing my time on social networks and dedicating more moments to reading, I've experienced a sense of tranquillity and intellectual stimulation. Reading, whether digital or on paper, offers a respite from the digital world and fosters mental growth.

  5. Practising Single-tasking: Instead of surrendering myself to multitasking, I've adopted the practice of focusing on one task at a time. This deliberate approach has helped alleviate anxiety and improve productivity.

  6. Complaining Less: Recognizing the detrimental effects of constant complaining, I've made a conscious effort to adopt a more positive outlook. By refraining from unproductive complaints, I cultivate a more optimistic perspective and foster a healthier mental environment.


Following these tiniest atomic habits and integrating them into my daily routine can transform my life thoroughly. I've witnessed transformative changes in my physical and mental well-being. Each small gesture contributes to a larger, more fulfilling life journey.
