A remarkable tale of human - from beginning to modern world
What does mean to be human? Where they came from? How were they created differently?
These are the questions we have been asking for thousands of years. Priests and poets, philosophers and politicians, scientists and artists have all sought to answer this ultimate puzzle.
Why do we behave the way we do? How do we live better? How do we live better? How did we get to know? What is our story? What is our future?
Over a year, we will take you by the hand and dive into these questions, exploring all the corners of humanity with wide-eyed curiosity. We will look deep into the mind at what drives our behavior, meet extraordinary humans who have unlocked the secrets of a long and healthy life, take a trip through 2000 years of civilization journey into the human body on our path to adulthood as we go from baby to bay-maker, experience the drama of extraordinary human rituals that hope to hear deaths and watch happens to our bodies in the hours days and months after we die.
What's the human story?
Let's start with the fact:
One of the biggest steps in early human evolution scientists agree. The first human appeared in five or seven million ago, probably some apelike creatures in East Africa began to walk habitually on their legs.
We were not the strongest animal but we had usually a large brain and held ourselves upright. Over time we began to use tools for hunting animals. These were primitive but could tear through skin and muscles and gave us an advantage as we prowled over wild habitats for hunting.
Other animals could communicate but create a sound that represented not just objects but concepts. We learned how to express our ideas. We could speak of danger, hope, and fear. We become storytellers, able to weave the common narratives about who we are and how we should live.
Thousands of years ago, we learned how to domestic planets and other animals for food.
We became a social animal, building complex, communicate that became kingdoms, learning to trade each other using a concept of money.
The era of digital evolution began only 50 years ago, the world shrivelled up.
Eventully, we a global village our village, our hopes and dreams converted into in indefinite stream of ones. We may even be the last our species to be human brain fully blowen, fully human as bio-technology and Artificial Intelligence begin to rip apart the very core of who wer are.
Our story is remarkable. The greatest story I have ever told. Astonishing development of our species. We discover more realities. This is what we want to celebreate with being human.
