Attention Apple users!

There has been a recent phishing attack targeting iPhones, Macs, and other Apple devices. The attack involves exploiting Apple's password reset system, by bombarding devices with approval requests.

This has raised concerns about potential vulnerabilities in the system and the risk of users losing control of their accounts and personal data. The attack method involves deceiving users into authorizing a password change request for their Apple ID, leading to the attacker gaining control of the account.

The attack of notifications renders all connected Apple devices unusable until each alert is individually disregarded. Additionally, attackers are employing fraudulent phone calls to pressure users into divulging one-time passwords sent to their phone numbers, further compromising their security.

Apple device owners need to practice caution and refrain from approving suspicious password change requests. Furthermore, customers should remain wary of unsolicited calls soliciting one-time password reset codes, as Apple does not initiate such requests over the phone.
