One effective strategy used by Entrepreneurs in business

KINDNESS.

I genuinely believe in it and its effect is remarkable. We often underestimate the small thing for reaching the big things. For me, it is darn important to the legacy (money/business) you are building. Besides, you want to build something that nobody has ever imagined, you want to buy something badly - before you have to become a good person to get anything in your life.

The trouble is that most people see kindness as a weakness. Showing kindness it does not mean that you are soft in your workplace. They confuse it with being passive or being a pushover.

A lack of kindness can make you feel insecure. You can only be kind if you feel that you are coming from a place of leverage. Then, you see kindness as a massive advantage, not a passive trait. If you are a naturally tough person nobody can tear you apart.

Stop thinking “Nice guys finish last" and get over it. People don’t get that kindness is the best business strategy.

Giving value to someone else in business, you have the leverage of it. Give 50% of the value in every relationship. I just think it’s a smart thing to do, both in business and in life.

Create AFFINITY with employees

Try to return those acts of kindness whenever the opportunity occurs.

Don’t think too much about the “return on investment” when being nice to people. into this too.

Your leader showed understanding when you made mistakes, your manager gave you a second chance after an epic failed presentation. These are the people who influenced your kindness. But, if you are ruthless and egoist to control people who are working for you, they will create bitterness and that will affect your business long term.

Kindness always wins whether you are in business, a corporation, or in life. It wins!

People with kind hearts can do anything seamlessly - there is no regret to hurt somebody or not let your morale down by others, professionally.

You act differently once you find out your positive or negative behaviour.

It happens all the time.

I don’t expect anyone to reciprocate, and that’s exactly what allows me to keep on giving. Another incredible benefit of being generous to others because you do not expect to get anything in return from them. Nothing.

And when come from that place, you’ll get more opportunities than you know what to do with.

Kindness is the answer. Show them.
