A quick Google search for self-care will have an array of products queueing up in an orderly line for your time and money. You can find anything in Google that has a lot to offer but all you need to understand yourself deeply and utterly. We believe that if you feel you are the strongest version of yourself, you will have more to give to the world. It happens when you are self-aware. Fall in love with yourself. Embrace all the strengths and weaknesses. Then you will feel the good things in your life nurtured. When your confidence builds. If you are surrounded by negative people that don't make you happy, hovering bad thoughts over your head, then you become exactly what you think. Don't have the energy to give to other people or to causes we care about.


Self-care can sometimes seem like it's just a hashtag for wellness influencers on Instagram, but I want you to remember that self-care isn’t just for people who have hours of spare time, or lots of money for expensive massages or pedicures. You don’t have to put off self-care until your life is less busy, or until you’ve perfected your diet, or bought those fancy yoga leggings. To us, self-care means being switched on, fully present and engaged in your life. It’s the opposite of switching off and retreating from the world. Ignoring your own needs leaves you depleted, but self-care will energise and recharge you. We often take self-care guaranteed cause get trapped in distraction early and easily. Avoiding taking care of mental and self-care is a huge mistake we make. Self-care may be simple enough. You can do so:

In our lives today, we constantly find ourselves being bombarded by materialistic expectations. The problem with looking to external things for happiness is that our expectations and desires keep changing, and we constantly find ourselves chasing the next big thing to feel content and happy. Instead of being obsessed with material things, we should work on developing a positive state of mind. This can be achieved through truthfulness in our daily interactions, gratitude, compassion and lending a helping hand to someone in need. Most people assume Self-care is an attitude, right?


Absolutely.





But, it is not about a glossy world living the luxurious life and thinking you will be happier, The most important form of self-care is to invest in yourself. You tend to do nice things for others and put yourself last it should not be. Making yourself a priority and being kind to others can only thing make you big.
