One of the most interesting features introduced is Private Space, a new addition aimed at boosting security and privacy on Android 15. With Private Space, users can hide specific apps related to finance, dating, or social media in a secure enclave on their devices. These hidden apps can even receive updates and have access to dedicated storage that other apps can't touch.

Google is stepping up its anti-theft game with enhanced protections in Android 15. The Theft Detection Lock automatically locks the device when it detects sudden movement, which could indicate potential theft. Additionally, Offline Device Lock ensures that the device locks automatically when your internet access is disabled, this is a common tactic.

For those worried about smartphone theft, Android 15 offers the convenience of Remote Lock, allowing users to remotely lock or wipe their device using an alternate number in case of theft. These anti-theft features are designed to deter smartphone theft and will be available later this year on devices running Android 10 and newer versions.
