What if, You Are In A State Of Creative Flow?

When you have a bunch of work to do and feel burned out? Waiting for the perfect time, sheer motivation, or something temporary stimulates you?

So many of you have observed when you indulge in what you love to do then you are in a state of creative flow. When you lost track of time and the music would just flow out.

Flow is associated with subjective well-being, satisfaction with life, and general happiness. At work, it’s linked to productivity, motivation, and company loyalty

A state of ‘flow’

When you focus on something, once it becomes intense that leads to a sense of clarity, you know exactly what do want to do from one moment to the other, and what you are doing becomes worth doing.

Getting into the zone

First, you must create the optimal moments to get to your flow state.

Firstly, before creating the optimal moments to get your allow, you need to avoid noisy environments and distractions, We are more likely to access the flow state when engaged in tasks we have already practiced. Also, we need to engage in activities or work that are meaningful that we find challenging, and have the skills required to come out as winners.

We are often stressed by doing work in which we are not interested but have to do anyway. The level of difficulty should also be just right -not so easy that you find yourself bored, but not so hard that you get stressed.

When people are mindful, their blood pressure comes down. All the physiological signs indicate greater well-being

Mindfulness matter

Instead of struggling to achieve flow or waiting for the perfect time-you have to aim for mindfulness. The more you cope with stress, the more it will help to get a flow. The major difference is a state of mind that is available to everybody virtually all the time.

When people are mindful, their blood pressure comes down. Everyone wants to see you as charismatic. You are healthier and happier, and your bonds are better. Listening to some soothing music can help you in many ways.

“If you’re talking to somebody and you think you know what they’re going to say, you barely listen. If you start off recognizing that you don’t know, you have a very different attitude. Everything becomes more interesting, and if it’s interesting, it’s naturally engaging.”

Mindfulness, though, is more manageable. I can improve my focus by putting my phone in a drawer; when a task seems overwhelming, I can pause and take a breath. I can’t say it makes me feel transcendent, but I’ll take whatever calm I can get.
