WhatsApp's Shopping Revolution: With Carts and Catalogs for Seamless Retail Experience



WhatsApp has recently launched a new feature called Cart. That simplifies the process of ordering products from businesses. This feature is designed to help businesses showcase their catalogues, receive orders, and manage customer inquiries with ease. Carts are particularly useful for messaging businesses that sell multiple items at once, such as local restaurants or clothing stores.

To use the Carts features, users can visit a business catalogue on WhatsApp and initiate a conversation with them using the 'Message Business' option. Alternatively, if a user is ready to place an order for a product they are viewing, they can use the 'Add to Cart' option.

Adding products to the cart is easy. Users can simply access a business catalogue by tapping on the shopping button icon located next to their name. They can then browse through the products available and select the ones they wish to order. If they decide to place an order, they can tap 'Add to Cart'. Alternatively, if they have any specific questions about a product, they can use the Message Business option where they can find the answer to their questions.

Users can edit their cart by tapping on 'View Cart' and adding more products or adjusting the quantity of each product added. Once they have successfully updated their cart, they can send it to the seller through WhatsApp message. They can then view the details of their order by tapping on the 'View Cart' button in their chat window with the seller.


Overall, Carts is an efficient and convenient feature that simplifies the process of ordering products from businesses on WhatsApp.
