Zomato's New Real-Time Order Counter: Reveal Massive 250,000 Orders By 11 AM

Zomato has introduced a new feature on its app that allows users to see the total number of live orders placed nationwide.

When users place an order through the Zomato app, they will now be able to view the live order count for the day. Deepinder Goyal shared that by 11 AM, the app had already recorded over 250,000 orders.

This latest feature is designed to enhance user experience by providing real-time insights into Zomato's nationwide activity. In recent months, Zomato has launched several new features that have made a huge difference in Zomato's service.

In March, they introduced a "pure veg fleet" for vegetarian-only restaurants, although this feature was later renamed to "veg only" after some controversy. In April, Goyal announced a "large order fleet" for orders catering to up to 50 people.

Zomato founders, Deepinder Goyal and Pankaj Chaddah in 2008, Zomato provides information on food menus, restaurant reviews, and food delivery services across India. It competes with other food delivery platforms like Swiggy.

Recently, Zomato has been in discussions with Paytm about potentially acquiring its ticketing and movies business. However, no binding decisions have been made yet.
