  • One Sure-fire Way To Improve Productivity: 90/90 Rules for Minimalist

A few years ago, I am a different kind of person when it comes to work and productivity. I was not a very lazy person. But, because of some reason, my daily productivity was not good enough. It’s not surprising to me. Because, I get distracted every time I work on something. I wake up at 8.00 a.m. But, I leave my bed at about 8.45 a.m. You know what the reason is. I work on multiple things at the same time. But, I understood I waste lots of time. You know how it feels like when you can’t hold your attention when you’re in the lectures. These are just a few. Enough! One day I thought of changing my daily routine. The thing I need to change is my morning. Because I knew that, to change my day; I want to change my morning. It was tough to set a work ethic and discipline. All I wanted was to make a strict morning routine. And It was proven by scientific research as well. So, I did some research, and I figured out something simple. I didn’t expect that thing to have that much power. Because we often mis-confuse these two different terms; basic and simple. By the way, the thing I discovered is a productivity principle from Author Robin Sharma. It’s called, “ The 90/90/1 Rule " It’s pretty simple, like any great rule. For the next 90 days, spend the first 90 minutes of your workday on the single most important thing of your life/day. That’s it. Without over-explaining this rule, I’m gonna tell you how I adjusted my day by forcing this principle. Instead of scrolling through social media, I wake up full of gratitude and head towards tackling my morning routine. It gives me dopamine and makes me gleeful all the time. I avoid multi-tasking. Just devote myself to one important thing at a time. And I don't forget to turn my playlist to change my mood and that keeps me the whole day happy and productive. Also, I take my refreshments to my table. So I don’t have to move away. Why single-tasking? Because, when we multitask, we have to shift our focus towards different tasks. According to verified sources, when we set our focus again, it takes about 20 minutes according to sources. It’s a waste of time. So focus is the key here. For 1.5 times, you need to lock your focus and hide the key from distractions. That’s how I use this. And you can do this too. Only you? No. Your friends also need this. So, Try this. Share this idea with your friends. Let’s make each other’s daily lives better. “ If you wanna change your day, start with the sun ” — WD

  • Matchless Hacks: Mindfulness Empower You

Practicing mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety. What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness teaches an individual to observe his or her behavior and thought process devoid of judgment. Individuals acknowledge their feelings and thoughts, then release them. Mindfulness teaches individuals to be present in and embrace the moments of life, rather than be suffocated by the constant self-criticism and anxiety that so often plagues our mindset Practicing mindfulness isn’t just for the Zen Buddhists, sitting in lotus flower positions on the tops of snow-capped mountains. You can practice numerous mindfulness techniques in a single day. Start a Mindful Morning Routine In the morning, instead of thinking about meetings, emails, reports, or clients, focus on maintaining physical health and mental health. Soak the first ray of the sun, feel the fresh air, meditate for some minutes, and stretch your stiff muscles. Above all these, be grateful for everything. Take advantage of self-care Coffee Concentration Buddhist monks have a form of meditation involving a tea ceremony, in which monks devote the utmost concentration to every aspect of the tea. You can do this with your morning drink. Listen to the sounds of your coffee maker as it brews your drink and smell the aroma. Understand the color of your coffee, watching how it changes when you add milk or cream. Feel the warmth of the mug in your hands. Lastly, taste in sips. We often take eating and drinking for granted. It is an everyday practice. Workout Exercise presents another opportunity for mindfulness, as you focus on your breathing, your form, and your body’s movement. If you’re running, listen to the pounding sound of your feet on the pavement. If you’re lifting weights, feel the cool metal bar in your hands. Don’t let negative thoughts and distractions slip in. Sketch a Doodle Grab a notepad and pencil, find a subject, and get sketching. Don’t write this one off believing yourself to have no artistic talent. Anyone (yes, really, truly anyone) can draw. It only takes practice. Choosing a subject is simple — you can even draw the Starbucks cup sitting on your desk. Begin drawing by choosing a point on your subject to start drawing from. Then, follow the lines of the object with your eyes and pencil. Study the subtle indentations, the gentle curves, and the shadows cast by the cup. Sketching is a great study in mindfulness, requiring concentration and awareness. Plus, your sketch can be as simple or as detailed as you’d like, serving as a great short or long break from constant screen time. Time to Stretch Take a mid-day break from the office and step outside to do some basic stretching. Stretching is good for maintaining a healthy body, and taking the opportunity to study how your muscles move and feel is a great opportunity for mindfulness. Minutes of Deep Breathing Focused breathing is an often-cited mantra of meditation pros and yogis, and not without reason. We breathe constantly but are almost always unconscious of its activity. Taking the time to focus on breathing helps individuals find a connection with their bodies. Try this almost laughably simple breathing exercise: Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose, breathing in air from your belly rather than your chest. Pause a moment, holding your breath, before letting the air out slowly through your mouth. It’s that simple, just rinse and repeat! Journaling Dedicate 10–15 minutes to sitting down with just a pen and a pad of paper. Use this time to write out any thoughts that are swirling about in your mind. Not only will writing down your thoughts help clear your mind and relieve built-up stress, but you also may stumble upon some genius ideas that were previously buried. Immerse Yourself In Music Music can be another handy tool for practicing mindfulness as part of your everyday routine. Ideally, choose a song you’ve never heard before and hit play. Avoid letting your mind drift into thoughts about the song’s genre, artist, and lyrical meaning. Instead, simply listen with attention to the song, following the beats and crescendos while keeping your mind quiet. Meditation As the mindfulness movement grows in popularity, more apps and resources are becoming available to aid you in your journey. Check out popular apps like Headspace and Calm. You may also try listening to one of the many guided meditation videos on YouTube, which are especially calming when you’re getting ready to power down before bed. On the whole: Detach yourself from the negative thoughts and create space for yourself where you can find peace, and serenity, and maintain focus on the general life. What mindfulness tactics do you use on your average day?

Before landing in a professional place, you need to have some core qualities that help you make decisions. Here are the six skills you must have for a nicer job: Communication Growth Mindset Adaptability Critical - Thinking Self - awareness Time Management Communication Effective communication is a significant part of soft skills. Your WHY must be clear You need to be good at explaining and asking the right questions in the right manner. This is the process of exchanging, ideas, thoughts, and knowledge clearly and with purpose. It requires practice if you are not the best communicator. All you need to understand practically and act accordingly. Know your audience: The ability to adjust your tone and understanding based on who you are talking to is an excellent soft skill, especially when explaining something technical to people unfamiliar with specific technology. Growth Mindset No matter what your role is in any company, you will encounter a roadblock or other situation that might frustrate you. Critical thinking Critical thinking is self-guided. It includes observation, research, decision-making, creativity, curiosity, problem solver. It builds self-empowerment and confidence. People who have critical thinking are always curious to ask more questions, wanting to learn more about WHY, WHO, WHAT, WHEN, AND WHERE, as well as everything else that can assist them in making sense of a circumstance or notion. Self-awareness Nobody talks about this...Self-awareness. Deep down, if you don't who you are, what are you good at, what makes you super comfortable, and what are your benefits and losses? Have noticed here that I am using YOU. If you are well aware of yourself, 99% of problems you can solve on your own. The journey is about willing to know yourself and must be honest. You have to be a hundred per cent honest. Once you know about yourself everything, you are able to figure out anything. Time-Management Image credited to Dan Koe

  • Why Small Businesses Are Dealing With Sales?

There is a significant difference between knowing your craft and knowing how to sell your craft. And if we’re being completely honest, it’s often something we’re just not very good at. The former requires a depth of knowledge and proficiency in a particular field. The latter requires an understanding of human psychology, communication, and business strategy. Selling also requires a degree of assertiveness, and if you’re the type who’s more comfortable doing the work rather than talking about it (like most of us introverts out there), then selling can be a real challenge. It feels uncomfortable to put yourself out there, to make claims about what you can deliver, and to ask for money in return. In reality, effective selling is about service. It’s about understanding your client’s needs and showing them how your service can meet those needs. Change your mindset about selling. Here’s a harsh truth: if you’re struggling to sell your services, there’s a good chance you’re charging too little. You might think that lowering your prices will make your services more attractive, but more often than not, it’s just leading to you being perceived as low-quality. In the world of freelancing, you get what you pay for. When you’re charging peanuts for your services, it sends the message that you’re a peanut kind of provider. It undermines your credibility and the perceived value of what you offer. People want to feel like they’re investing in something worthwhile. They want to feel like they’re getting something of real value. And when you charge too little, it creates doubt. It makes people wonder why you’re so cheap. Are you desperate for work? Are you not very good? Are you inexperienced? There’s another downside to undercharging: it can lead to burnout. When you’re not charging enough, you have to work harder and take on more clients to make ends meet. This can lead to long hours, high stress, and a lower quality of work. It’s a vicious cycle that can be hard to break out of. Your time, your skills, and your experience are worth more than you’re giving them credit for. This isn’t a Hollywood movie where dreams magically come true. This is the real world, and in the real world, you have to go out and find your clients. You can’t just sit back and wait for them to find you. Many freelancers and entrepreneurs fall into the trap of thinking that their work will speak for itself. They believe that if they’re good at what they do, clients will naturally come flocking. But the reality is, no matter how good you are, if people don’t know about you, they can’t hire you. This is where proactive marketing comes in. Marketing isn’t a dirty word. It’s not about tricking people or being pushy. It’s about putting yourself out there, communicating your value, and building relationships with potential clients. Above all of these, entrepreneurs always In a world where we’re constantly bombarded with information, you can’t afford to be a wallflower. You need to stand out. You need to be visible. You need to be memorable. And that requires effort, strategy, and sometimes a bit of stepping out of your comfort zone. So, my third piece of advice: get proactive with your marketing. Don’t just wait for clients to come to you. Go to them. Show them why they should choose you. Show them how you can help them. Make them see you, remember you, and want to work with you. In a nutshell, that’s why you might be struggling to sell your services. But don’t worry, you’re not alone, and you’re not without hope.

  • Motivation Means Nothing When Discipline Takes Place

A survey of 1086 CEOs of US companies revealed that 64% of them wake up at 6 AM or earlier, and nearly 9 out of 10 of them woke up no later than 7 AM. Most professional football teams train 4–6 hours a day for 5 days a week. What sets these people apart from the crowd? What’s one thing that’s common among all these successful individuals? And why can’t most of us achieve similar levels of success? Why discipline is Hard? When every inch of your body forces you to curl up inside your warm and cosy blanket instead of getting up to hit the gym, most of us decide to sleep in. IF NOT NOW, WHEN? Let’s face it: no one truly enjoys the difficult road. I don’t. You don’t. Those who are successful also don’t. The only thing that separates us from them is that while we choose not to stick to discipline, they do. And when they do, they don’t let go at any cost. A dream becomes an obsession — a goal that must be attained, and they’re ready to put in as much work as required. It’s Not Rocket Science Sure, there are tons of books out there to develop immense self-discipline and to make you achieve the goals you’ve always strived for. But the underlying principle is the same: to do the things that must be done consistently and dedicatedly. Whether it is following a hideous routine, sacrificing a particular hobby, removing activities that provide bursts of Instant Gratification, battling addictions or leaving toxic friend circles, discipline is essentially as simple as training your mind to do the things it despises at a particular moment. Lastly, if you don’t achieve your desired results. The satisfaction of knowing that you’ve remained continuously disciplined is a feeling that can neither be described in writing nor expressed through speech. It can only be felt. When will you start your journey of self-discipline?

  • Know The Fact To Become An Ethical Consumer

Today's world requires first recognizing that consumption is not just embedded in economic relations but also fashion. Because of this, what we consume matters in our lives. We are now becoming more conscious about the artisans who create our clothes, the conditions they are being made, the quality of the cloth, and the environmental impact of our clothes as well. So, are you looking for the direction to get started on your journey of being woke consumer, scroll ahead. Being an ethical consumer, when we consume goods and other services brought to us by the economic system of capitalism, how this system works 1) Read clothing labels carefully before you buy First is, being an ethical shopper you should be curious about reading cloth labels. Pay attention to the fine print, read the text on the tags and labels sewn onto a sort of clothes. This will provide you with either crucial information or wise words, where the product was made, the consistency of the fabrics used, and how to take care of it. Some brands like Lush have also started incorporating the names of the workers who handmade the products, delivering dialogue between the consumer and the artisan. 2) Go beyond the brand's outward The key to being a woke consumer is to question the hidden and go beyond the obvious. Think about how the company, brand, or designer is addressing social and environmental issues. they focusing on them or are they simply being oblivious? Every company has a corporate social responsibility (CSR) to fulfill, and it's interesting to note how they are doing that. 3) Switch to natural fabrics Being an ethical shopper, it's best to consider switching to natural and eco-friendly materials that let your skin breathe and make it comfortable—organic cotton, lyocell (a form of rayon), soy silk, hemp, and linen are some good examples. The most recommended fashion is vegan that uses no leather and animal by-products in the garments. 5) Pay attention to the brand's marketing campaigns Paying attention to this can help you understand the brand's ethics better. Other industry trends that are becoming more than buzzwords are ideas of diversity and inclusivity conveyed through advertisements, campaigns, and runway shows. Take United Colors of Benetton's recent campaigns for example, which have incorporated models of color. Another troubling aspect is greenwashing—a practice of making misleading claims about the environmental benefits of products. Reading between the lines, questioning the stain, being obvious, and being curious about what you're buying can help avoid that. 6) Reuse, reduce, recycle, and resort to slow fashion Ethical understanding quality over quality. Shop only when needed, and borrow a rent designer clothes for special occasions. Bookmark brands like Péro and Doodlage upcycle garments in fashion-forward ways. Remember that the clothes you buy have a story—if it's a handloom product, an artisan has relentlessly toiled hours crafting it for you. Love for vintage fashion or pre-loved clothes is an alternative way of reducing your environmental carbon footprint. 7) Know what happens to your clothes after you dispose of them The life cycle of a garment does not end with you, the consumer—it ends when the piece is destroyed, either in a landfill or in an upcycling mill. As far as possible, donate your clothes to charities, people, and brands (for example, H&M has garment collection boxes in their stores worldwide) to prolong longevity and ensure that the clothes don't end up in a landfill.

They give extra hours to their business to stand out in the crowd and build 7 figures for the business. Hard work. Patience. Persistence is the secret sauce to success. Let’s be brutally honest for a moment: The world is chock-full of entrepreneurs and freelancers who wake up every day and slog through their tasks, selling products and services they barely care about. It’s a grim reality, but it’s also a reality you can sidestep. As an entrepreneur, we have an enviable power: the power to create, innovate, and make our mark on the world. So, why not use this power to its fullest potential? Why not create something you’re deeply passionate about? Why not sell something you believe in so much you’d buy it yourself? Why not make your professional life a living, breathing testament to the things you love? When you love what you’re selling, it shows. It spills out of you like a wellspring. It seeps into your marketing campaigns, your sales pitches, and your customer interactions. Customers will see this passion, this fire, and they’ll be drawn to it. It’s a magnet, pulling them in and captivating them. Ever seen a street performer so passionate, so engrossed in their performance, that they draw a crowd? That is you. That's what you love to sell to the customers. You don't have to stop them, let them stop for your product. Let’s talk about why you should love what you sell, how you can cultivate this love, and how doing so can change your business, your life, and maybe even the world. Sell Is About Attention Every day, millions of people worldwide wake up and grind away at their jobs, many of which they have no passion for. It’s a brutal truth and one we all know well. Your line of work allows you the freedom to create, innovate, and, most importantly, chase after what you love. So why not harness this? Here’s the thing: If you love what you’re selling, that passion is going to spill over. It’ll seep into your marketing campaigns, your sales pitches, and your customer interactions. It’s infectious, and your customers will notice. They’ll be drawn to your brand, captivated by your enthusiasm, and before you know it, they’ll be swept up in your passion too. Ever noticed how some people can make even the most mundane things sound fascinating? That’s because they’re passionate about what they’re talking about. That’s the power of passion, and it’s a power you can and should wield. Sell What Ignite You Now you might be thinking, “Sounds great, but how do I cultivate a passion? Here’s how. First off, start with self-discovery. What do you love? What drives you? What’s that one thing you could talk about for hours on end without getting bored? Self-awareness is the answer to all your vital questions about you. Now, how can you intertwine this with your product or service? By aligning your business with your interests and passions, you’re setting yourself up for success right out of the gate. Secondly, pour your heart into your product or service. This goes beyond just knowing your offerings like the back of your hand. It’s about immersing yourself in them, loving them, and always striving to make them better. Remember, your offerings are a reflection of you. Lastly, believe in your product or service. I mean, I believe in it. If you don’t think your offering is the best thing since sliced bread, why should your customers? Confidence in your product or service isn’t just beneficial; it’s a necessity. Final Thought As entrepreneurs and freelancers, we’re often told that our primary focus should be the customer. You often heard that an entrepreneur's primary focus should be the customer. While there’s no disputing that the customer is crucial, it’s equally important that we develop a passion for what we’re selling. That we love it, believe in it, and are excited to share it with the world because at the end of the day, if you don’t want to sell it, people don’t want to buy it. And it’s not just about loving what you do but how you channel that love into growth. Well, let’s dive into that in the solution. I’ll let you in on a little secret, a transformative revelation that flipped my freelance business on its head: a few minor tweaks to our proposal led to such an astounding shift that if you had told me about it earlier, I wouldn’t have believed you. By adjusting a few components of my proposal, I managed to build multiple 7-figure marketing agencies with an outstanding team. We’ve sold nearly 10 million worth of our services and attracted high-profile clients worldwide. How? It’s all thanks to the power of the proposal. I’ve been where many of you are, following conventional wisdom to bid more on freelance platforms and post more on social media, but those left me drained and stuck in the rat race for low-profit clients. What's the catch? Great salespeople are relationship builders who provide value and help their customers win -Jeffrey Gitomer
